默认 有谁熟悉Woodbine&16th Ave西南角那片Townhouse

Drew Kellyway上的那一片, 我朋友去年年初买的时候才30W出头, 现在出来了一套, 要价38.8万,是不是太贵了? 守着那个小型机场,会不会很吵?

离这不远Woodbine&16th Ave东北角, Calvert街上也有片Townhouse, 还是Freehold不交管理费的那种, 也又有套出来了, 要价32.9万. 感觉上地理位置比上面的好, 凭什么上面的那套就贵出去6万呢?

有熟悉那个区的,给分析分析.

经常经过那里, 有个NO FRILLS, 感觉东北边的那个好, 西南的那个好象有个小峡谷, 是不是价高的原因, 还有一个主要因素就是学校, 你查一下这两处房子的中小学. 学校的好坏对房子价格影响很大.

1 is Buttonville/Unionville school area, its expensive.
Another 1 is Ashton Medows/Richmond school are, a bit cheaper.
Also, there is a small TH area in the north-east corner, low income househood. And a temple there. Although north and east a lot huge house, but the price unable to go up.
