这种情况下local车有优先权, 如果无法并左线,第一选择应该减速,让他并进来。
否则他硬别进来,发生任何事情是直行车的责任。

这么给你分析一下:

比如我上高速前有一段路是给我加速用的,在这段路上,我要加速从60到100左右,才能够进入高速而跟上高速的车流。 当我开到路的尽头我速度是100,这时候除了并入主路我别无选择,甚至都不可能停下来,因为没有路让我减速了。即使有距离我停下来了,速度为0,停在加速路的尽头,我很难进入高速,又不能倒车,岂不是很尴尬?

这就是为什么我有路权。

有提到如果安全,尽可能这么做。
最怕的是在提速道上跟在慢车后面,不急不慢开60,80的怎么并到100的高速道中啊?!(堵车例外)遇到大卡车你会提早有意识地保持车距然后有足够的距离加速,但如果是普通的车,碰上了实在是...特别是有些提速道很短,这时就容易有意外了。前天就在DVP上看见一辆车停死在提速道尽头并不进来,那时是2PM左右,车辆不多,所以速度都不慢,但即使右道相对空了,要以0速度并入至少90的车流,呵呵...

好,这句话说得好,大大赞一句,这才是正常人的心态。至于那些个用公式算的,那每次上路你都算好了再走,免的出不出问题的都不知道怎么处理。

顺便说一句,你算的没错,宝马3的刹车距离100公里到0都在39米,60到0估计也得有个20来米。你有看见过宝马在LOCAL路上跟车超过20米的吗?
准确说是14米。理论上的刹车距离一般都不会follow ,上班高峰时,车一辆接着一辆,别说40米,就是20米、10米也有车不断加进来,你要想绝对安全,那就别走了。

这就像社会一样,都知道做人的道理,大丈夫顶天立地,如何如何,但真要按理论上说得做,保证你头破血流。你必须跟上社会的大流,不然吃亏痛苦的准是你。这就是生活。

这叫理解万岁!不是光是实力问题。开车要动脑子,该走走该停停,别像华人超市门口停车那样一堆无头苍蝇似的乱开,今天去大中华就气的够戗,整个一帮流氓啊,明摆着过不去还非要抢一下堵的谁都动不了
