You should know who is facing you. Then you will know how to answer his or her questions. Normally 3 interview officers, at least one from human resorce, one from the front line of working, one is the department manager who you will be working for. The questions from Human resorce are always difficult for us to answer, avoiding 'xian-jing'.Always need pre-practice.But if you can establish communication with the foreman, you will succed at 70%. The manager will over-view the situation when you were telling your working story to the foreman. If he find you are the interesting man he is looking for, he will ask a further technical question you should know. So, don't try to answer the questions clearly from the human resorce, because English is not our native language. Use you working experience to move the foreman and the manager. You will get the position you want.
