亲身经历：1-先报警，不用打911啊，自己去警局报案就可以了，警察会给一张receipt你。2-拿住receipt，去华咨处，填表，申请过，大约1个月之后，收到一封蓝色的信，有个指定时间去downtown的department去拿，就可以了。不用担心，好正常的。
