【求助】邻居的狗在我家草地上拉屎撒尿,怎么办?

我们邻居有两只狗,他们放狗出来也不拴着,总在我们这边的草地上拉屎撒尿,我们该怎么办?

contact city-by-law. What is the law?

* All dogs three months of age and older must be licensed.
* Dogs are not allowed to run at large in Calgary. This means that dogs must be under the control of their owner at all times.
* All dogs must be on-leash at all times, unless posted signs indicate otherwise, or they are in a securely fenced private yard.
* Dogs must still be under the control of their owner in designated off leash areas, meaning they will come to you on command.
* A dog owner must ensure their dog does not:
o Bite anyone
o Injure anyone
o Chase or threaten anyone
o Bark, howl or disturb anyone
o Cause damage to property
o Cause damage to other animals
o Scatter garbage
* Dogs are not allowed in:
o School grounds
o Playgrounds
o Sports fields
o Golf courses
o Cemeteries
o Wading or swimming areas
* While on a pathway a dog must:
o Be on a leash no longer than 2 metres
o Remain on the right hand side of the pathway
o Not interfere with or obstruct other users
* You cannot leave your dog unattended while tethered or tied in a public place.
* You cannot cycle, skateboard or in-line skate with a dog on a leash while on a pathway.
* You must pick up all defecation produced by your dog both on and off your property.
* Dogs are only allowed to be transported in the back of a truck if the dog is either in a fully enclosed trailer, a truck bed covered with a topper, contained in a ventilated kennel which is secured to the truck bed, or securely tethered and not standing on bare metal.

我见过很多人家都在自家的草地上插着一块牌子，说用了什么草地上用了宠物不宜的农药，小心毒死宠物。你可以去找找看，自己也插一块牌子。

然后如果邻居家的狗还过来，你可以礼貌地跟你邻居打招呼，说自家的草地上用了农药，怕小狗毒着，让他们可以看管一下；（这个过程你可以带着小录音机录下来）

如果邻居不以为然，就干脆放个小小的敌敌畏泡过的鸡翅bang……一切就都迎刃而解了！

这里办事，一定要先礼后兵，同时把自己的退路留足！都是西人教的!!!

说你弱你就弱，你已经弱到了连一只狗你都对付不了的地步了，你已经弱到了连只狗都能欺负你的地步了！这种弱不是一般的弱，那是相当的弱！！！

这点小P事，你还想惊动政府？？？你是不是还想着拨911来着？？？要不怎么说中国人到那里都被人欺负呢？你自己就不知道怎么抗争！

废物点心一个！没得救了！！！

楼主别生气，到哪里都会碰到楼上这样到处乱咬的年轻人。网络也不例外。

我的办法是在草地上树一个牌子，上面写“RESPECT AND LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR”中间是一个自己设计的图标，很醒目地提醒，就是一个STOP SIGN 里一只狗后面有便便。最下面写上当地政府关于狗粪必须由主人清理的条文。

很管用，树了一次就好了。我觉得西人比较蜡烛心，你不点他，他不理你。你必须点他一下。
