装修【注意】在这儿，我们是中国人！！！

[SIZE="5"] 我朋友地下室想装修，从《加华报》联系了一个装修公司，一对东北夫妇同意承包施工，不知什么原因，将石膏板安装分包给洋人，连楼梯顶也没装，趁朋友出去买材料，收拾工具跑了！！！！
我朋友付他一半多的钱，经人评估工程还不到一半，关键是石膏板分包还欠洋人几百元，这种不负责任的公司，寒了中国人的心，坏了中国人的名，在这儿我们的行为就是中国人的形象，时刻不要忘记你是中国人！！！外国人不知你是张三李四，只知道你是中国人，时刻注意自己的言行，你就代表中国人，国人的形象从我做起！！！！

The couple's company is called Zhi cheng Construction company. The guy's last name is Fei, the wife's last name is Tao. They just took the money and ran off. At first, they told my friend that they have many certificate in constructions and that they know how to do everything, but after they ran off, we found out that they don't have much clue of how to do the basement and that they don't even have a certificate. They have made my friend's house in a horrible condition to fix, which will cost even more to fix. This has made my friend very sad and angry.
