前年揭发出的那位挣10多万的售票员，底薪是年薪5万4。他加了1000多个小时的班，Supervisor居然都批准了，最后加上加班费，收入到了10万多。有观众打电话向TTC的头Adam Giambrone complain，说自己做同样的事情，为什么才挣那么点，他旁边的主持人反问 “说叫你不加入工会的？”，他点头称是。 现在管理层和工会会员是穿一条裤子，工会和政府是穿的是另一条裤子，光complain显然是没有用的。 如果要从根本上解决这个问题，唯一的办法是要修法，修改偏向有利工会的条文。这是一个长期而且漫长的过程。只要左派的人占据议会多数，就没有可能；即使法律修改了，如果解释和裁决的人（法官）是左派，还是没用。 既然上一条路不可行，能对付他们的唯一办法就是在明年的市选中，支持和工会关系比较不那么密切的人上台，他们上台后，不一定能完全降服工会，不过工会也心里没底，不敢那么嚣张，大家的损失也就少些。 此帖于 Nov 27th, 2009 21:22 被 甲乙丙丁 编辑。 |
