我不太了解什么是撑拔。看您的描述,好像类似于STRETCH 一类的运动吧。这类运动基本上是拉伸肌肉,起两个作用。一是促进血液循环,这可以增加肌肉的营养供应和氧气供应。二是拉伸肌肉,增加肌肉的韧性。这种运动确实也可以加强肌腱。

强健肌腱本身,可能能起到加强肌腱强度的作用。在运动员来说,这可以防止...
肌腱是不是就是tendon?如果长期做放松训练的话,可以是tendon得到拉伸,会有些变长咯,那么关节就会更加灵活~~

对,说的就是承受外力,上面的例子,可以看成腿部支撑着身体。我想说的是,肌肉的受力强度不如骨骼,也就是传递力的效率不如骨骼。

您说的腿部力量传递到手上,那是发力的问题,稍后会说到的。

不对,这完全不是一回事。强力作用的时候,根本不会去选择什么骨头还是肌肉,两者受力是完全一样的,仅仅是因为骨头的韧性不如肌肉,所以才会折断。您怎么能理解为骨骼传递力?
总统你也糊涂了,骨骼承受多大的力,还有方向性呢,比如腿骨,纵向跟横向能够承受的力差好多好多的~~
你怎么判断它比肌肉强,还是比肌肉弱呢?

听您这样说,好像所谓的棚劲就是在关节处加了一个劲度系数极大的弹簧。这才可能达到对方力撤,而己方关节运动幅度不大的效果。

这和关节灵活完全没有关系,甚至还负相关。和骨骼承受了也没有关系。

这仅仅和您的肌肉力量有关。这里肌肉相当于一个弹簧。我给你详细讲讲哈。

比如我的前臂和上臂成90度...
总统,猫觉得尝试用自己专业范围内的知识去理解专业范围外的知识,是行不通的,很多东西你肯定想不明白,我也想不明白,最好的方法是,你去练个一两年太极拳,然后回来给大家说说明白~~

最好用你丰富的专业知识,结合太极拳,写本书什么的,比如说,Taichi Anatomy 什么的,让别人了解真相~~

只要感觉到用你现在最小的劲能让对方的力渗透不进来
这个劲就是棚劲.
解剖学上感觉是人体肢体和骨架调整到一定状态就行. 整个身体就自然成一体.手上的力或者是胸上的力不用想就能自动通过肢体传到脚下.

不知道科学的怎么解释才能更清楚. 如果真理能越辩越明.对太极的发展也是一件好事.
注意,通过太极拳运动是不能调整骨架的,骨头有问题要去找医生~~

人体为什么在这种状态下会自动平衡这点还没看到科学上的研究。 (是不是这样也还不好说)

因为都在人体内部。现代的仪器还没灵敏到这个程度。 还有怎么检测也还是问题。
松是肯定要的。松多少也没个量的解释。至少松和散这两个状态用压力传感器是肯定测不出来的。
我是不相信人体打打太极拳就自动平衡了的,平衡说明身体已经极度健康了,内科外科都没病,你们这里谁能达到?

但人家至少肯出那个钱、花那个时间。要说服这些运动员及其教练接受瑜伽训练,暂时还做不到吧

而这里的太极拳弟兄,从不对自己并不了解或了解不多的瑜伽说三道四,横加非议。

每个人的认识范围均有边界,认识这点、不贸然越界,是当一个明白人而不是混蛋的起码品质。
笑死人了,微微。瑜伽管里都是教练们拉着运动员来上private class的,专门开一节课给他们的team,有 yoga for runners, yoga for golfers, yoga for soccer players,都几十年下来了,还用说服吗?
我对太极啥时候说三道四了?我有否定过太极吗?我只不过是在解剖学,运动学基础上补充一下,我还建议总统去练练太极再说呢。

你别忘了太极版本猫来去自由的,说一点你就听着就行了~~
