从程序上说,5000应是属于Realtor的,但是Realtor拿到手的前题是要能接到这个单子。如果WJW一开始说光Realtor费就有8000,那他十有八九做不到这个单子。 |

这个合同是Realtor与Builder签的,不是SUC签的。签字时SUC不在场,SUC只知道房子总价,但对Realtor抽头多少不知道。如果三方都在场一起签字,SUC发现Realtor费远大于1000, SUC肯定不会签这个字,会另找一个抽头少的Realtor或私下答应让利5000的Realtor, 我理解的对不对?
