新车,今早起来发现在停车场给刮了下,后bamp,不厉害,但有两点露出里面金属了,怕生锈.买的全保,这种情况下要是报保险修的话,明年会不会涨保险呀另外,我记得有种简易的类似于漆的东西,在沃尔玛和加拿大轮胎都能买的到,那东西叫什么来的谢谢各位了.

Rear bumper normally is plastic not metal should be no corrsion issue.
You should not have insurance issue as it is not your fault but you should have deductable (mormally $500).
Check your car color code and get a touchup paint from dealer or the other hardware store, don't think you can get from Walmart.
