各位房主，你们的热水罐是租用还是买下来？

我平时倒挺爱修理东西的，修好修坏各半吧。

换过两个房,都都是租的(但实际是买的更合算),

如果修起来麻烦，他们会马上换个新的。

谢谢各位,我也倾向于继续租. 主要是领导想买,她的一个同事住了29年才修过一次.不会人人运气都那么好,还是租省心.

My tank, a rental, was broken on Christmas eve. For lord's sake everything was up and running the next day, thanks to direct energy's prompt replacement service. Two service people came within the designated time frame and installed a brand new one. They had everything cleared up before they left. I have to say I am very impressed on this.

I am aware that BYO might save yourself on equipment cost in the long run, however I still choose to go with rental, as a peace of mind means more to me.

if you would stay @ that house for at least 5 years, you could buy one, otherwise, better rent it. when you sell your house, owned hot water tank would not add any value
