我用的是退休证的复印件和发退休金的银行存折记录复印件

并在前面附上一页中英文说明，如下：

这是蒋XX女士的退休证复印件，上面的退休金是每月人民币_____元，但目前退休金根据政府规定已经涨为每月人民币_____元，附上银行帐单复印件以作凭证。

This is the copy of Mrs. Jiang, xxxxxx’s Retirement Certificate. The pension above is RMB _____ per month, and the pension today increases to RMB _____ per month according to the regulation of the government. The copy of bankbook is attached as reference.
