我个人觉得房价应该已经稳定下来了. 每年3.5%的涨幅应该是可以保持的. 其实这玩意主要看投机程度. 投机太多了就容易crash了.

我看堵起来没用。要看温度SENSOR在哪里,如果放SENSOR的地方温度到了你设定的温度,暖气自然就不出了,如果不到,你即使把口堵起来,暖气还是会过来,如果你还把出口给堵起来,屋子温度永远也不会到,那暖气就不会停,一直供,可能反而花更多钱。

历来是多数人都是看错的。看看新屋的销售情况就知道了,这里不象国内,炒房的应该很少。
说话不要不过脑子,仅仅凭自己可怜的想象力说话。

现在多市最热的是Condo市场了,因为House的价位实在是太高了。有些像买房的都只能买condo了。同时,火热的condo市场中,60%是投资的,而不是自住的。

喊房价跌都不下五年了,可不但没跌,反而大涨.很多移民等不及了,也只有买房.既然买了房,就"既来之,则安之".至于还在观望的,则根据个人具体情况, 再做决定.
