楼上所说加拿大房子是否结实我没有与别的地方比,维护也的确如你所说与新旧有关系,但想说一点是,在国内自己住房子不是不需要维护,而是一般很少亲自去维护,或有房管所或物业,或装修队,在这边就不一样了,亲力亲为的机会比较多,这一点对习惯以前方式的人的确是个冲击,但这边的房子功能齐全,居住时间久也是维护量大的一个原因吧!就象我小时候住过的房子,虽是楼房,但是就是四面墙,水管电线全在外面,更没有热水,保暖无从谈起,那样的房子既使需要维护,量也不大,也就跟车库差不多。这边上百年的房子有的还功能不错,国内几十年的房子可能早就拆了,但以后是还要延用这种模式呢?
