After receiving your application for the Customer Service Representative - Data and Network Assistance (Call Centre) - Part-time your qualifications have captured our attention! After an initial review of your qualifications, we would like to take this opportunity to invite you to a pre-employment testing session.

The next available testing session is on Thursday April 7 at 9:00am.

Testing will take place at the TELUS Employment Centre, 2nd Floor, 411 1st Street SE (TELUS Tower), Calgary. Be prepared to spend approximately 3 to 3.5 hours with us. Important information regarding the test session is contained at the end of this note.

Please kindly respond by email to us, stating the posting number, at jobapplications.tm@telusmobility.com by Wednesday April 6 at 2:00pm and advise us:

Whether you are able to attend the above date (Note: This will automatically confirm you in the session)
If you are unable to attend the session, but would like to be rescheduled at a later date
If you have attended a testing session within the past 12 months with TELUS Mobility or TELUS Communications, you are not required to take the testing again. Please provide us the approximate date that you took the testing.
If you are no longer interested in pursing a position with TELUS Mobility

Test Session Information:
Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes early for your scheduled test session. Once the test session has started, any latecomers will have to be rescheduled.
The testing consists of a series of specifically timed general knowledge tests. No prior preparation or tools (i.e. - calculators) are required.
Use any necessary prescription glasses or contacts.
Dress code is business casual.
