Do you have secured LOC in BMO? worst case, you should be able to get P+1 (now is 3+1=4%). Pay as much as you can in lump sum (15% or 20% annually), you can save $160 interest per $ 10,000 per year. Also, go to another bank to ask what is good deal. Sometime they can pay your partially penalty. Or wait for couple more months, do the calculation again. If you are in second 5 year term in 25 year, normally you only pay for 3 months interest. |
