【求助】粉蒸肉如何diy
想做粉蒸肉,但是没有国内那种调料和米. 请教直接把大米踩碎能蒸么?具体如何操作呢.

我是把米先泡好,然后沥去水,稍干一下,放food processor里打碎。然后搁炒锅里炒炒干,炒的时候勤翻翻,并加些盐和5香粉。也可以不炒,但我喜欢炒过,感觉香一些。
