父母探亲延期被拒了，要求立即离开加拿大，

请问这个立即怎么理解，最长可以多久后离开？

另外我们已经申请了他们移民，就是申请sponsorship已经3年多了，有没有可能就留下来等着移民？或者如果走得晚了，会不会影响移民？请有经验的朋友不吝言辞，谢谢阿

If your parents have stayed in Canada for over 3 years, maybe their sponsorship application will be processed soon.

Call CIC centre to see whether they know why your application was rejected. Why not re-apply the visitor visa for them? At least they will get another 3 months to stay legally. If the sponsorship is approved during this 3 months, they will have no problem to apply for their immigation in the States.

But you must re-submit their visitor visa in order for them to stay. Otherwise, their stay will be illegal which will impact on their immigration application and future visitor visa.

申请sponsorship已经3年多,早该通过了,你递交哪里?

you cannot re-apply the visitor visa unless your last visa is still valid. But you can apply for restoration of status.
