请教：个人（individual）的公司怎样报税？ 我问了公司注册的office和政府报税的信息咨询台，居然两个工作人员的答案是：I am not sure. 最好找会计师。后者给了我一套corporation的报税表格。我的不应该属这种呀！哪位知道，一年内我只有一笔生意，想自己报税省下会计费，填什么表格可以实现？到哪里可以拿到表格？谢谢！

Canadian tax system is based on trust. They trust individuals will honestly report income and pay income tax on time. If you can withhold income tax for 3 years, the deadline of April 30 becomes meaningless because you can always have another and another deadline.

You need to file income tax annually. If you already missed deadline, file it ASAP. For self reported income, you only need to pay tax and interest. The longer you owe tax the more interest charge will accumulate.

If you do not report your income on time and let CRA Tax Auditor find out that you had income and not reported, you will have to pay the tax and interest PLUS fine/penalty of minimum 50% of tax in arrear.
